Crews respond to car fire on I-10 WB near west El Paso
EL PASO, TX — A passenger car caught fire Thursday morning on Interstate 10 near the Resler Canyon area in west El Paso, reports KVIA.
The incident took place on the westbound lanes near Exit 12 to South Resler Drive shortly before 7:00 a.m.
It was unclear what caused the vehicle to burst into flames, but firefighters responded to the scene and were able to extinguish the blaze shortly after.
No injuries have been reported.
At about 7:30 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway.
