3 injured in multi-vehicle crash near El Paso’s Lower Valley
EL PASO, TX — Three people were hospitalized Monday after a multi-vehicle accident near El Paso’s Lower Valley, according to CBS4Local.
El Paso Police said the collision occurred in the area of Alameda Avenue and Prado Road, north of Ysleta High School.
It was unclear what led up to the crash, but officials said four vehicles were involved. A witness told investigators one car was driving erratically from the area of Yarbrough Drive prior to the event.
Three people between the four vehicles were transported to a local hospital. Fire dispatchers said one person suffered serious injuries and the two others sustained minor injuries.
All westbound lanes were shut down in the area during the emergency response and investigation.
